So happy with the purple dog!

We made our scent detection debut today at MDKC and she got her Scent Detection Instinct and Scent Detection Novice titles today.

It’s very clear that her favourite of all the components is Interiors. We need more experience with Exteriors for sure but given the winter we had it was a little tough to practice that one - and I was proud that she got it done!

So now Vedder gets to add two more titles to her alphabet.

LONG day at the dog show today but I’m pretty proud of my girls.

Mako came out strong with 2 best of breed wins worth 3 points each for another 6 points towards her Grand Champion Bronze. She’s over halfway now in very limited showing.

Vedder showed for I think the first time since September and made her altered debut and picked up Best Veteran in Breed, Best Altered in Breed and an Altered Group 3rd!

Thank you to Judges Tom Alexander and Tony Vandendool for the Mako’s Breed wins and Tom Alexander for Vedder’s wins.

Vedder has scent class tomorrow so we’re not entered in the dog show.

LOTTIE does it again .... more winning in RALLY ADVANCE TRIAL

After a 4 year hiatus from trialing in Rally Obedience. We attended the TDTC double rally trial today our 1st Rally Advance trial. Only 2 practices under our belt in the last few weeks I didn’t have any expectations just hoping to complete the course and use it as a training day.

I couldn’t be any more proud of Lottie she truly gives her and exceeded all of my expectations. We passed both Rally Advance tests

AM Trial: score of 80/100 - it would have been 86 if I didn’t stuff up 2 signs

PM Trial: score 89/100 - it would have been 91 if I didn’t stuff up a sign

Lottie is looking for a new handler who knows their lefts from their rights

Lottie only needs 1 more pass for her Rally Advanced Title (RA)
